  1. Selecting/filtering Tasks by TaskName and Date/Time

    1) I’d like to be able to extract or report on the Tasks themselves (not the item details within the Task), for example I’d like to see

    • Task Name
    • Start Date/Time
    • End Date/Time
    • Results
    • Success
    • Skipped
    • Errors
    • Warnings
    • Action (what the task did, like copy-overwrite, copy-incremental etc) - I've been embedding these as narrative in my Task Name programmatically but things initiated through the UI don't get that
    • Settings (like User and Key Mapping settings, and what actually got applied or ignored)
    • Session-Id (might be useful to pipe this…

  2. Add version count to reporting capabilities

    Hi-

    It would be great if you could add the total version count of documents to the reporting capabilities. I know that we can build a report to display files with over X number of versions, but this doesn't look at the total count of versions. We've tried to display the document Size and Total Size, so that helps, but we're looking for a way to identify the total number of versions for documents in a SharePoint site.

  3. Affixing site objectid to permissions matrix report

    For a while now we've wanted to build our own in-house management tool via PowerApps to help aid in day-to-day SharePoint Administrative tasking. Now that SG offers both scheduled reports AND exporting of said reports to a location within SharePoint it is now possible to, in theory, run multiple reports, compile them (using MS Flow), and then have a PowerApp look at the central repository of data that gets built by Flow.

    The problem is, I need some sort of key in all the reports to be able to pull all the data together. Ideally, I think the Site's Object…

  4. Add a filter to the list report to find the custom forms

    When reporting on lists in the custom report, it would be nice to add a filter to find the list with a custom form.

  6. Report and Manage Teams Apps

    Would love a ShareGate report that tells me, by team, what apps are installed. It would be great if I could disable or remove apps from the team from that interface - and of course export it as a report :)

  9. Add site author to site reports

    I am looking for a way to report who created a site collection and who creates sub-sites. I understand there is a web.author field property that may provide the value. Can this be added to site collection and site reports?

  10. Ability to run reports of all active Workflow instances

    I am preparing to break the connection of workflow manager from our SharePoint environment which will cause any currently active 2013 workflows to fail. I would like a report that shows actively running workflow instances (with the ability to configure the report to show 2013 or 2010 workflow instances) so we can avoid any failures.

  11. Report for Nintex workflow (list referenced AD/Sharepoint Groups)

    Have a specific report in ShareGate to list all AD and SharePoint Groups that are referenced in a Nintex Workflow.

  14. Solutions and features report

    a report that can tell which solution/features are activated on a site/web; or ideally all solutions/features activated in each site/web would be a nice addition to the reporting.

  16. Add the ability to create a Report for Sites where Administrator contains user (or group)

    We frequently need to create reports for all SITES where Administrator contains a specific user. Currently you can only create a report for Site Collection where Administrator contains a specific user, but not for sites. We need a report like this almost weekly and to get this information, we have to first run a report for Site Collections where Administrator contains a specific user and then run a report for All sites in all targets and then export both report results to Excel and do use vlookup to match on the Site Collection address. We have over 20,000 SharePoint sites…

  17. Filter out public site when running reports

    Another suggestion would be to be able to run a permissions report that allows you to exclude public sites. I sometimes get to asked to run permissions report for a user for an entire tenant and the report can be quite large because it includes public sites, which is correct because they do have permissions but it isn’t very useful to the person who is reviewing the request. If there was a way to exclude them when running the report or if the report could indicate which sites are public this would help them filter out these sites.

  18. Columns in Item-level Permission Custom Report

    Hi, I'm trying to generate PMR but realize that the built-in PMR doesn't list items with inheritance permission. So I use custom report for item-level permission, which worked nicely. Except that it doesn't have one column I need which exist in the built-in PMR: "Item Path". Meaning if there are items in subfolders, I wouldn't be able to know their path. So, I just want to suggest to add that column as an available option in the custom report.

  20. Reporting - Non-compliant lists and libraries

    There should be a report that finds all non-compliant lists and libraries in a site collection and shows where and how they are non-compliant.

    By "non-compliant" I mean lists and libraries where some values conflict with their own column settings.

    Like empty rows in a column where the setting "Require that this column contains information" is set to Yes.

    Or Choice, Lookup and Managed Metadata columns where some rows have values that can't be selected on new rows.

    The report should also examine older versions of each file and list item (if versioning is enabled).
