  3. Add version count to reporting capabilities

    Hi-

    It would be great if you could add the total version count of documents to the reporting capabilities. I know that we can build a report to display files with over X number of versions, but this doesn't look at the total count of versions. We've tried to display the document Size and Total Size, so that helps, but we're looking for a way to identify the total number of versions for documents in a SharePoint site.

  4. Ability to run reports of all active Workflow instances

    I am preparing to break the connection of workflow manager from our SharePoint environment which will cause any currently active 2013 workflows to fail. I would like a report that shows actively running workflow instances (with the ability to configure the report to show 2013 or 2010 workflow instances) so we can avoid any failures.

  8. Hub site and their associated sites report

    Is there a report, or can a report be created, to surface hub sites and their associated sites? We are introducing Hub sites & their associated sites as the intranet. Such a report would be of great value.

  9. Provide a report target via spreadsheet

    We were looking for a way to automate the entry of any sites list. For example, if we have a spreadsheet of the list of sites we need to run the report on, we could run the report on these sites using PowerShell rather than entering each of the sites from the spreadsheet manually or running the report for the whole environment and then filtering out unwanted sites.

  10. Nintex Forms Report

    • Report showing where Nintex Forms are being used, similar to the 'Workflow Report' report.
      • List Address
      • Content Type (as forms can be built for different content types)
      • Site Address
      • Version Number
      • Published Date (if available)

  11. Item Count on list/libraries with Site Collection (or new) Report

    It would be extremely useful to have an item count for all list/libraries within a site collection.

    We are migrating sites and would like to verify that all content has come over. Currently, we don't see a nice way of showing this.

    We do not want to provide the migration results as the validation report as it has too much unneeded information, but are instead looking for something similar to the Site Collection report.

  12. Workflow report - indicate which list uses it

    This report would be even better if a column was provided that indicated WHICH LIST had the workflow. When a site has scores of lists, it's a real hassle tracking down the offending list.

  13. Detect Which O365 Service Created a Site (ex: Yammer, Teams, etc.)

    Is there any way to see what O365 groups were created by Yammer? If not that would a useful filter to add in Explorer. Thanks.

  15. Ability to Merge Reports Together

    When your reporting job is too large and takes a long time to process (or even sometimes fails), you're encouraged to reduce your scope. For instance, run a PMR on your subsites instead of your whole site collection at once. However, if you want a global portrait of your site collection's permissions, it gets tricky.

    It would be interesting to then have the ability to merge the individual reports together directly in Sharegate (not manually in Excel).

  16. Report on File Share permissions

    A good idea to plan migration jobs from a file share would be to create a sort of Permissions Matrix Report for the file share

  17. Customize Migration Report

    The ability to customize what is contained in the migration report such as columns and items included in the item count, and being able to keep those settings saved during export.

    A report where users can see which site columns is used in the different libraries/lists in a site collection would be useful.

  19. report on sites with a read-only lock on them

    Since the read-only lock on a site can cause a great number of issues during a migration, being able to report on sites with read-only locks could be very useful to some organizations.

  20. Mass Select Reporting results

    After running a report, you have to select each individual items that you want to affect. Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click are not currently possible and would help out manipulating the results.
