Add a Checked Out Date column to the Checked-out document report
We use the 'Checked Out Document' report to track the checked out pages. Could you please add an addtional 'Checked Out Date' column to be available via All Columns section. The checked out report can be very useful if the field is to be added.

External Sharing Report user value format
Hi,
the external sharing report from the explorer where you can choose among Site, List, List Content is good, but it would be great if we could build a custom report from it (i.e. to choose different columns - for users, we only have display names values separated by comma which is a bit annoying for futher processes)

Consider a service that stores report data in a data warehouse
Sharegate has great reports, but it is a challenge to run reports against a large tenant. We wrote custom scripts that inventory all sites and subwebs to gather hundreds of metadata. We write these data, including permission matrix, to SQL server database then use Power BI for analytics. Has Sharegate considered as part of their offering to have a way to configure Sharegate to do this work for us and write it to a configurable SQL Server (Azure or on prem) under our control? I'd be happy to elaborate.

New Increments for Report Scheduling Options
Hi,
Love the scheduling feature. I number of the reports I will need to run every quarter, half year or yearly so would appreciate the ability to choose a month and day to run them on.- Bi-weekly

Who shared with External users - Report
Hi all,
When I first trialed this solution I got great value from a report that detailed what sharepoint artifact was shared with an external user and who shared it.
I can't seem to find that report now, can one of you help me locate or recreated it?regards,

Custom rules or columns, and more built-in columns in Inventory and migration/pre-check reports
[Admin: Merged all suggestions pertaining to inventory- or migration-related reports. This will allow better understanding of the priority of this topic]
Pre-Check and Migration reports
-Add more columns (sizes, end times, etc.)
-Also enhancement to the Session summary screen to include URLs, total size, etc.Inventory
Would be very good if we as users can customize the rules and columns:
-Add custom columns like Site owners
-Be able to change the settings of the inventory (ex: change the unused sites time to x months)
-Have more available details at each level (Number of items, Last modified date, size, etc.)

Workflow Reporting
- Find all workflows that are running or in-progress
- See the name of the workflows
- Run report on workflows, out of the box, SP designer, Nintext, 3rd party
- Be able to create a report that will list the status of the workflows
- Report on workflows published by a specific user
- Report on how many workflow tasks are assigned to a particular user

Report duplicates files and document
Pull reports on duplicated files or documents. Clean them after.
71 votesThis is not in our short or medium plan. We understand the need but don’t feel like it’s our priority right now as we focus on the adoption of the modern workplace.

Web Part Report
It would be very useful to undergo a report for Webparts within a site collection.
Checking which webparts are open and in use within a site collection if important for migrating accross platforms. This type of report would be VERY useful for SharePoint teams as it would highlight sites which need attention from the developers (if a webpart is custom for example) to ensure they dont break.
Please can this be added?
