Implement retry mechanism for folder creation using parallel tasks in insane mode
We want to be able to execute parallel migrations against the same target folder structure in SharePoint. To prevent dependencies between tasks we have duplicated the folder items within the tasks. However when running in insane mode the creation of a folder within the task that runs at about the same moment might fail because another task already created the folder. In this case we would like to have a retry mechanism implemented that again checks for the presence of the folder and reports the folder item as skipped instead of error. Ability to Migrate from SharePoint to Windows File Explorer
Would be so helpful to be able to migrate SharePoint document libraries from SharePoint to Windows File Explorer or our local, on-prem server. Right now, the best tool is to just download off of SharePoint. This can cause all sorts of issues for folder/doc libraries over a couple of GBs. ShareGate seems ready built to handle something like this.

Keep date when you download files from a Document Share to a classic server
Keep date when you download files from a Document Share to a classic server. I have the actual date, not the old.
The goal is to archive a site that is no longer needed, so we "take it down" to a physical server to free up the costly impact of the SharePoint Cloud. The dates would ensure good searchability by users once the data is archived.

Support SAS Token authentication on Azure private endpoint storage account
To enforce data security during the migration , it would be nice to be able to use a SAS Token authentication on an Azure private endpoint storage account.

PowerShell command with non verbose option (in the Tasks List ) or PowerShell command to clean the Task Lists
Add a parameter to the PowerShell command to not show the command in the Task List, because it is not possible to remove the the task in the the tasks list with a PowerShell command.

Add ability to migrate content in Google Drive under Computer (i.e., when Google Drive Desktop is used to sync files to their Google Drive).
When performing a migration using ShareGate Desktop from Google Drive to OneDrive/SharePoint, there are Google Drive users using Google Drive Desktop to sync files to their Google Drive. These files synced from the desktop to the user's Google Drive do not appear in the ShareGate Desktop source listing of files. The sync'd content contributes to the overall Google Drive storage size.

View the number of Success, Warnings, Errors, Skips, and In-Progress items of running migration task via PowerShell.

rename cloud copy job
In Cloud Copy, after the job has run, there is no way to rename the job that ran. So, when migrating many teams from one tenant to another, it is difficult to figure out which Incremental job to run without keeping a log based on run date/time.
This option is available in the desktop migration tool would love to see this in Cloud Copy

Build an auto-cancel option for specifed times or durations
It would be nice to be able to schedule a cancel time or duration when scheduling tasks. SG tasks/processes have a large impact on servers when running above the Low performance and can disrupt the business. Many tasks have to run outside of business hours. Being able to start and stop tasks at certain times would be invaluable!

Convert Classic Blogs/List to Modern Pages
As many people have legacy blogs or lists that should now be converted to Modern pages, it would be helpful if the tool could help with that. Microsoft has some documentation around it but it would be a great addition to the migration piece as I deal with many clients that have this need.

History tab only option in copy options
For team objects its possible to copy messages. Recent messages will be copied to the Posts tab, while older messges will be in the history tab.
It would be helpful if all messages are copied only to the history tab and you can start over with posts in the copied channel. Perhaps as an additional option.
Maybe this could also allow to copy posts from an existing channel as "history tab" into another channel with the same name. Especially when you want to merge channels

Allow Options When Running Orphan Users Report
When running the Orphan Users report, allow to choose deleted users, disabled users, or both. In our environment, disabled users may come back and we don't want to delete them from sites.

Attempt to auto-renew access token for Browser based authentication
At least 50 times a day (seriously) I get a prompt labeled "Connection Required" that asks me if I want to connect or cancel task. This message is for renewing the access token according to support. At this point the migrations scheduled later have been paused until I deal with this message. I press Connect and it renews the token and starts working on the migration. According to support the developers do not want to assume you want to renew this token. I'm not sure why you wouldn't. So how about a setting in Configuration for "Attempt auto-renewal of Access…

• Current buttons on the toolbar to “Expand All Groups” and “Collapse All Groups” (green box) only expand/collapse the “User/Group” window pane. (green arrow)

Migration of in-form "Conditionnal formula" in libraries
In modern libraries forms, there is an option to create a "Conditionnal formula" for individual columns.
Currently, these are not migrated when copying a library's structure.

Fix TEAMS migrations to set correct rights and permission levels to Teams SharePoint document library. There is currently an issue to Copy-Teams. It´s not setting permission levels correctly #453327 ticket.
It´s doing it right when you do SPO "Copy Content&Structure" migration top of already migrated SPO site after Teams migration.

Make automatic resolvement of users an option
Within ShareGate, if you do not provide an explicit mapping for an user, ShareGate will try to resolve the user automatically by using a decision tree as described here:

When it does not find an automatic map, it will copy the metadata over (i.e. John Smit created the file.It is however nog possible to disable this automatic mapping. Whenever users leave the company and no longer exist within AD, you want to keep this metadata and as such, you should have the option to disable this search for the account and have the metadata copied directly.
