Be able to run and schedule reports using PowerShell.150 votesTell us more · AdminJean-Philippe Beaulieu (Voice of the User / User researcher, ShareGate) responded
Since the ability to schedule reports has been included for a while now and with the upcoming feature to automatically export reports into a SP library (see: https://feedback.sharegate.com/forums/912880/suggestions/17768698), I was wondering if this suggestion will still be needed?
What are your thoughts on this?
- Find all workflows that are running or in-progress
- See the name of the workflows
- Run report on workflows, out of the box, SP designer, Nintext, 3rd party
- Be able to create a report that will list the status of the workflows
- Report on workflows published by a specific user
- Report on how many workflow tasks are assigned to a particular user
We’ve release a version of Workflow reporting a few months ago and are trying to figure out where we are going with this.
Please tell us what you would like us to add to this feature.
Add the possibility to add permissions at the item level with the reporting tool.
We are currently reconsidering this suggestion and are wondering if it is still a need for you, especially if you are an Office 365 user.
Let us know and we will reevaluate this eventually.
-list user alerts filtered by site or by user, showing which object/list is targeted
-show me where "user X" has alerts
-show me which users have alerts within "site A"
- Remove alerts for orphaned users49 votesTell us more · AdminJean-Philippe Beaulieu (Voice of the User / User researcher, ShareGate) responded
I was going through the comments in this thread and clearly understood your desire of visibility over user alerts (who created them, type of alerts, etc.) but I am curious to hear how the info would be used, how you would consume the info and most importantly, do you also feel the need to take any kind of actions over the alerts?
I hope I’ll hear from you soon!
would be really good if your product created a site map of all site collections and sub sites across the farm in a visual diagram that could be saved as an image or pdf43 votesTell us more · AdminJean-Philippe Beaulieu (Voice of the User / User researcher, ShareGate) responded
I’m curious to hear more from you about this one.
-What kind of information would you like to see in such a site map?
-What format you’d like it to be?
-What would you do with it? Who would you show it to?
Thanks for your help!
Dear Sharegate Team,
Do you plan to integrate MS Teams as Object Type into "Reporting" in a future release?
Thank you and kind regards,17 votes
It’s been a while since this request has been logged. Since the creation of this thread, Microsoft has added a lot of management and reporting features regarding Teams so I’m curious to hear what kind of reporting does not exist yet that you would like to see implemented in ShareGate?
We would like to use Sharegate to migrate "Microsoft Forrms" in O365.7 votes
Can you tell us more on what you are trying to do in terms of “Forms” migration ?
Note: We are currently looking into Microsoft Forms Web Part migration in Office 365.
