Having to remember to keep the selection, verify the copy & then delete stuff when you're moving thousands of files around is really hard & painful when you make a mistake. It would be great if you guys had a move option that took care of all of that80 votesThinking About it · AdminJean-Philippe Beaulieu (Voice of the User / User researcher, ShareGate) responded
I am glad to say that we are currently exploring the possibility to add an option to automatically make Read-only and/or Delete the source of migration if it goes errorless.
We’ll keep you updated with any news on this.

Our stance still stand on this feature and we still wish to provide it to you guys eventually.
At this point this is more a question of priority and once we feel like our features to move to the cloud and other environnements are on point, we will get to this.

Definitely something to look into! Thanks for taking the time to share.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback again.

Currently the "Recent Migration Connections" only preserve the connection information. It doesn't "remember" any of the migration settings or the scope of the migration. There needs to be a way to preserve all those settings for that option to be useful.2 votes
Thank you for this good feedback. We are currently looking into this ‘navigation’ issue to help you get back in a recent job more easily.
