Report to find all checked out files and be able to check in
Be able to check in documents from Sharegate
Bulk check in documents
Bulk check in never check in documents
We’re very happy with the new release Sharegate 5.18: You can now check in all checked-out documents!!! :-D
You can find the whole documentation here: https://support.share-gate.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006418448-Check-In-all-Checked-Out-Documents
I’ve created another suggestion concerning documents that have never been check-in. You are very welcome to add your vote and comment the idea: https://sharegate.uservoice.com/forums/373710/suggestions/19122679
Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any other question!

Hi everyone, I have a site collection/site admin privilege - I am wondering if I can Check-In the files that were checked out by a different user (I can check in files that checked out by me successfully). Do I need a system account access to do that.
Scenario: a user X uploaded 5000 picture (bulk), all are checked out so no one can see them except the user X. He can't check them all at once (time consuming if doing it one by one). I have to do it for him since I m the SP Admin. any suggestions.
It seems ShareGate does not have the ability to find "items with no checked in version". The reporting for this function falls way short of items that are checked out and have no checked in version - this is a problem for migrations and I hope this gets looked at. I'm not sure if this would solve the problem, but the filter "checked out to > IS Not > ...needs to have the ability to represent blank (doesn't matter who it is checked out to)
For all items that are checked out in a report, it would be nice to be able to check them back in or take control of the item and check it back in directly from the report.
be able to run a report to find all files with no checked-in version
Add Checked out date column in reports
The Checked Out Date Column is missing from the documents report. You can generate a Find Checked out Documents Report and report who checked it out, last modified date and last modified person but not WHEN it was checked out.
