Migrate Flow integrations attached to lists and libraries
See if we could potentially convert old email enabled lists to the equivalent Flow integration32 votes
It would be extremely useful to have an item count for all list/libraries within a site collection.
We are migrating sites and would like to verify that all content has come over. Currently, we don't see a nice way of showing this.
We do not want to provide the migration results as the validation report as it has too much unneeded information, but are instead looking for something similar to the Site Collection report.

Currently Sharegate fails to migrate Nintex forms associated with Flexi tasks with an error that 'Nintex Workflow for Office 365 does not allow task forms to be custom'.
Since Nintex now allows the form customization, can we enable Sharegate to move it?27 votes
I would like to find all email-enabled libraries and lists in my on premise Sharepoint. How can I do that? I tried creating a new report but did not find the field available to add.27 votesLP Lavoie responded
We understand this need, but seeing as it is fairly trivial to do in SharePoint Management Shell, for the time being we’re concentrating our efforts on more complex scenarios that have no easy alternative.
Some users might want to move from a list with attachments to a document library. It could be interesting to have a GUI option to do so.26 votes
Add powershell cmdlets to add/remove/copy user permissions.
This could be useful, for example, for a user that needs to replace thousands of users due to an AD domain change, it would be useful to be able to use a CSV for all the users26 votes
Add the ability to merge teams channels into existing teams channels.
With the Teams copy functionality it would be nice to be able to select a channel within the same Team as the source team.
Example would be using the functionality to merge multiple channels within the same team into one new channel.25 votes
At a customer, we are planning to migrate from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online.
They have a lot of MicroFeed lists and they would like to migrate the content.
On your website, I see this is not supported: https://support.share-gate.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000600227-Copying-the-content-from-to-a-MicroFeed-list-is-not-supported. Do you know if there is a workaround for this?
With kind regards,

A way to exclude certain lists while copying a site down from another site.25 votes
Publish an app in the SharePoint store with the permissions set to full control for the site collection and allow app only calls. Then add an option for App Authentication in the ShareGate desktop app that uses the ClientId and ClientSecret from the app to authenticate.
A site collection admin can then add the app to their site, and allow any user with ShareGate to perform the migration.
Benefits include not having to log in, not having to grant site collection admin access, and the metadata would appear as ShareGate instead of the user performing the action.25 votes
I want to migrate the workflow task list but I’m unable to do it due to a warning that seems to skip the tasks.25 votes
Allow to add list items by adding them to the exported Excel document from the Bulk Edit Metadata tool and importing it.25 votes
You can use column formatting to customize how fields in SharePoint lists and libraries are displayed. To do this, you construct a JSON object that describes the elements that are displayed when a field is included in a list view, and the styles to be applied to those elements. The column formatting does not change the data in the list item or file; it only changes how it’s displayed to users who browse the list. Anyone who can create and manage views in a list can use column formatting to configure how view fields are displayed.24 votes
