    Hi everyone,

    Since we want to be transparent regarding our roadmap, I just wanted to do a quick update to say that even though we are not declining this idea, we are not planning on adding metadata reporting in the near future. We’ll keep you informed if and when we start working on it.

  2. Report on Managed Metadata (Term Store)

    • run reports on managed metadata
    • Term/Termset usage report
    • create a report which can tell us which documents do not have metadata attached to it

  3. Workflow Reporting

    • Find all workflows that are running or in-progress
    • See the name of the workflows
    • Run report on workflows, out of the box, SP designer, Nintext, 3rd party
    • Be able to create a report that will list the status of the workflows
    • Report on workflows published by a specific user
    • Report on how many workflow tasks are assigned to a particular user

  5. Use the "And" or "Or" Logic on Filters in Reports

    As it stand, the Reporting feature only supports the "And" logic when adding filters to a report. This is a request to have the option to use the "Or" logic when having multiple filters.

    Our stance still stand on this feature and we still wish to provide it to you guys eventually.

    At this point this is more a question of priority and once we feel like our features to move to the cloud and other environnements are on point, we will get to this.

  6. Report and actions On Alerts

    Reporting:
    -list user alerts filtered by site or by user, showing which object/list is targeted
    -show me where "user X" has alerts
    -show me which users have alerts within "site A"

    Actions:
    - Remove alerts for orphaned users

    Hello ShareGaters,

    I was going through the comments in this thread and clearly understood your desire of visibility over user alerts (who created them, type of alerts, etc.) but I am curious to hear how the info would be used, how you would consume the info and most importantly, do you also feel the need to take any kind of actions over the alerts?

  7. Custom rules or columns, and more built-in columns in Inventory and migration/pre-check reports

    [Admin: Merged all suggestions pertaining to inventory- or migration-related reports. This will allow better understanding of the priority of this topic]

    Pre-Check and Migration reports
    -Add more columns (sizes, end times, etc.)
    -Also enhancement to the Session summary screen to include URLs, total size, etc.

    Inventory
    Would be very good if we as users can customize the rules and columns:
    -Add custom columns like Site owners
    -Be able to change the settings of the inventory (ex: change the unused sites time to x months)
    -Have more available details at each level (Number of items, Last modified date, size, etc.)

  8. Add Email Field in All Reports

    It would be nice if reports could pull emails instead of just names. I know some reports can, but not all.

    • Audit Report
    • Permission Matrix Report
    • Built-In reports

    Email address linked to the user. ID also for pre-build reports

  9. Item Count on list/libraries with Site Collection (or new) Report

    It would be extremely useful to have an item count for all list/libraries within a site collection.

    We are migrating sites and would like to verify that all content has come over. Currently, we don't see a nice way of showing this.

    We do not want to provide the migration results as the validation report as it has too much unneeded information, but are instead looking for something similar to the Site Collection report.

  10. Email Enabled Librairies Report

    I would like to find all email-enabled libraries and lists in my on premise Sharepoint. How can I do that? I tried creating a new report but did not find the field available to add.

    We understand this need, but seeing as it is fairly trivial to do in SharePoint Management Shell, for the time being we’re concentrating our efforts on more complex scenarios that have no easy alternative.

  11. Web Part Report

    It would be very useful to undergo a report for Webparts within a site collection.

    Checking which webparts are open and in use within a site collection if important for migrating accross platforms. This type of report would be VERY useful for SharePoint teams as it would highlight sites which need attention from the developers (if a webpart is custom for example) to ensure they dont break.

  13. Empty Folder Report

    Would like to have a report that would list folders and/or document libraries that have been created but are empty. Right now I'm looking at easily finding empty folders.

    This way, we could easily delete them.

  17. New Increments for Report Scheduling Options

    Hi,
    Love the scheduling feature. I number of the reports I will need to run every quarter, half year or yearly so would appreciate the ability to choose a month and day to run them on.

  18. Add a Checked Out Date column to the Checked-out document report

    We use the 'Checked Out Document' report to track the checked out pages. Could you please add an addtional 'Checked Out Date' column to be available via All Columns section. The checked out report can be very useful if the field is to be added.
