This would be extremely useful. I have an environment that has two different domain email addresses (i.e. one is microsoft.com and the other is gmail.com). I'd like to be able to run a report that returns all of the sites that belong to the "gmail" employees.

But we actually want email ID’s of the Site owners in a separate column of a Excel file. Currently we have the report with the user name but not with the associated email ID of the Site owners in the Migration report.

In client perspective, Email Id is real usefull unique field than username in SharePoint. Reports in Sharegate eg.Permission matrix is great but it helps to analyze situation only and we can't take action like bulk informing (Email) to client because email id is missing. There are many such functionality based on email.

I'm surprise with unavailability of basic functionality from 2016 and strongly recommend to release in upcoming updates. It is also good to have more customization in existing reports.

I have found the ability to schedule reports great. I am running a custom site owner report on a scheduled basis to capture people who have site owner access to sites.

Ideally I would like to use this data to populate a list and write the users to a people picker column.

The report currently outputs the users full name only - with no option to change the value returned. I would like the report to return the site owners email address (which is unique) instead of their display name (which in some cases is not unique)

Appreciate your time to investigate if this would be possible.

This would be realy usfull as name is not unique but e-mail is!

The site report is great, but what would make it awesome is if the Owner wasn't just a name, but also had their email address. I routinely have to do site owner reports and email them information with PowerShell. Your tool is easier and would love to have a way to schedule these reports with that information and place it in a document library. Thanks!

When I run a site report, I get the column for "Site Owners". I'm trying to import this into a SharePoint list and having issues because the people picker field prefers email addresses and will not resolve well with the format that is spit out by ShareGate. Having the ability to format the report from ShareGate would be awesome!

the Site Collection report shows only the display names of owners\administrators. Is there any way, I can get the account name or email of the owners\administrator in the site collection report.

Our team has two suggestions for this report:
1. Include the user's email
2. Have an option that brings in the associates in AD security groups (and their emails).

We have a powershell that brings ALL the users in the farm. We don't like that because if a site includes 'Everyone' or "All Authenticated Users' then literally every employee is returned. We love the Sharegate report, but it doesn't help when we have to send emails to all users (or the users of a specific web app for things like maintenance downtime or migration downtime.

Besides user name, it would be helpful for some users to get User ID, Display name, email, domain, etc. when reporting on users such as adding Owners to a report

When returning the names of people on a report (such as when fetching site owners), would it be possible to return the names as an email address? I feel like this would help a lot in case we want to notify users based on a report.

I've made a report where I extract all members from a series of user groups that all have the same word in them, like "Owners".

It works fine, but it would be fantastic if I could chose a column like "Members e-mail" so that my report would make it easy to send all users found an email.

Add the users email to the Audit Report results to be able to quickly reach out to them.

I need a list of the users in the Members group with their email addresses. The report feature of Sharegate seems to pull users either from all the groups or all site collection, I'm not sure but I have users listed that are in either of the three groups. The permissions matrix in the Explorer is great but it doesn't allow me to add the email address of each user. is there a way to create my own report in order to have members of a specific group permissions with their email addresses. It will be great also if I could pick only the non-orphans users, as our permissions group contain users no longer at our organization. This list will later be used to migrate users to O365 groups.

In all the reports with users in them (including the matrix reportand the audit report), it would be nice to be able to see their user ID and not only their display name.
