Bulk edit permission
Be able to bulk edit permissions juste like the bulk edit metadata (using Excel spreadsheet)

Whether through Excel or not, Changing someone's or a group's permissions in bulk is a necessary functionality.

When you copy permissions from one user to another. It is not possible to export to excel. We needed this and would be a good idea to implement
