Modify and reports of AD/security/dynamics groups
Would be nice to be able to run reports and modify AD/security/dynamics groups of an O365 tenant
Having a report to show users who are explicitly added to a list or Document Library or site would be helpful to know where people might be placing their "people" or where we might need to retrain people. We put people into Security Groups / AD Groups or into SharePoint Groups and it would be helpful to know if Matt Carter has been put into a List OUTSIDE of a group and so when Governance says "people go into groups" and people are NOT in that; I can search though my sites and find then and either move them in or request that the site owners move them into a group.
This might be a 2.0 thing; however often we have Read / Edit (or Contribute) and if there is a way to say Jane, Jim, Joe, Chris are in Read and Betty is in Edit, we found some corresponding groups "HR Editors" and "HR Viewers" and you can put them in there; that would be a great "OPTION" that I can take "after" the fact. It would not be automatic; UNLESS you chose or; and you can have a checkbox to say "do so" or a different one that say "we found this, want to take action?"
