report on apps in SharePoint Online Site Collection
Some users might wish to track the apps installed on any Site Collection. Adding this to the reporting could prove useful

Our tenant is becoming quite large and we would like to create a monthly report on the installed apps.
Apps get out dated or new versions will be created. Then we need an inventory of all the available apps
