report on sites with a read-only lock on them
Since the read-only lock on a site can cause a great number of issues during a migration, being able to report on sites with read-only locks could be very useful to some organizations.

We currently set restricted users OneDrives to locked so information can not be moved outside of the on-prem environment. We run a report weekly on this to make sure that the users we expect to be in a locked state are indeed locked.
