Add option to generate the metadata as CSV using Download
Sometimes there could be issues with the number of items and/or the column width in Excel when exporting the metadata along your content with the Download option in Explorer. Having an option to export content as a CSV could help work around these limitations for some users.

+ add an option to PowerShell commandlets (Export-List, Export-Site) to specify xlsx or csv metadata export type
