Don't Download/Migrate Empty Lists or Libraries
Have an option to exclude empty Lists or Libraries from a a migration or download content option.

I really need this option too. Include filtering for empty Document Libraries and SharePoint System Libraries (Ex: _catalogs/…). This should be added to the Configurations screen - Checkbox to Exclude Empty DL's and Checkbox to Exclude System Folders.
