New options for the promote subsites feature
Allow Administrators section choices so that it could be either a) Admins from parent site, b) site owners from subsite, or c) both Admins from parent + site owners from subsite.
Scenario, migrating hundreds of sites where current site collection admins will not be admins and having remove them from all subsites is a lot of extra work.
