Both the pre-migration analysis as the migration filter out ‘system’ directories (folders with the ‘system’ attribute) when doing a fileshare analysis/import. It would be nice to be able to include them (be default, or by optional toggle).

Now we get an incomplete report because it doesn’t contain those (sub)directories.
