PERMISSION MATRIX REPORT: Request “Expand/Collapse All” buttons for Subsites (see included image)

• Current buttons on the toolbar to “Expand All Groups” and “Collapse All Groups” (green box) only expand/collapse the “User/Group” window pane. (green arrow)

• There are no buttons that expand/collapse the subsites in the left-side window pane. (red arrow)

• RISK: To run a full export of a site, every single subsite in the hierarchy must be manually clicked to expand one-at-a-time. Only then will the exported reports results be complete for all subsites. If there is a long list of subsites and one is mistakenly not clicked, that subsite will not be included in the export results. This is very manual and will unknowingly result in inaccurate results. This continues to cost us time to run and re-run due to inaccurate exports.

• REQUESTED SOLUTION: To ensure complete and accurate export results and to save time and effort, there should be two similar button options to “Expand all Subsites” and “Collapse all Subsites” for the left-pane window (red arrow), same as there is for the right-hand window (green arrow) for “User/Group”.
