Ability to produce reporting on the activity feed and add a pie chart/bar graph to see the current state of things.
Similar to the Office 365 admin chart showing usage, size, etc.
Activity chart would be nice for his whole tenant.
Allow Customization of the "Entrust" emails. At least allow adding company logo.
- Company branding
- Description of the Office 365 group - if there is one
Sorry for the late update but this will be pushed back for later on our roadmap.
We’re currently working on supporting a custom storage, helping admins validate with owners the files that has been shared externally as well as help admins understand the business purpose for each group created.
We’ll consider this later on as soon as we advance on the other items.
Thanks for your understanding.
Ability to see the allocated storage of a SP site and its used storage in a report
- the trend of the storage of all SP sites in our Office 365 environment
- which SP sites are approaching their storage quotas8 votes
Resurface groups that have no members and display it in the app
- In the Assistant or Groups page6 votes
I like the idea of selecting multiple groups from the Groups page and doing a bulk action.
- For example, adding an owner, removing a member, deleting the selected groups, etc.
Add the number of members to the groups list to be able to see groups that just have an owner and no members.6 votes
I would rather nominate someone responsible (i.e. a business owner) to make the decision to keep or archive unused groups instead of group owners in some cases. It would be a great addition to ShareGate Apricot.6 votes
Easily filter private and public groups in the Groups page.5 votes
We’re currently planning to implement this feature in the Groups page in a future release.
It's interesting to see the creation and last activity dates, yet it seems to be missing a Last Modified date as well in the Groups page.5 votes
Include a periodical check if guests are still needed
There is a need to also check the guests periodically (every 30, 60, 90, or 180 Days).
There an owner should decide for every guest if access is still needed or access should be removed automatically.5 votes
Add an export in Excel or CSV of metadata in the activity feed to pull out, for example, all the last created ones in last February. and bring that data into a meeting with stakeholders.4 votes
Make the stats clickable (drill-down).
Ability to click on the “Archived groups” and “Kept groups” to see what makes up the stats.4 votes
It would be nice to be able to delete an unused group that does not need to be archived.4 votes
It would be interesting to add metadata on the unused group to help the group owner make the decision to keep or archive it.
- Ex: last modified date, “those were the 5 last modified documents”, etc.
Abilitiy to apply sensitivity labels to an O365 group, which would allow users to assign governance policies in accordance.
Sometimes governance policies are determined not only by categories/classification, but also sensitivity labels.3 votes
Would be nice to have an option to put emails in a different language3 votes
Have ShareGate Apricot detect all O365 services or workloads used by O365 Groups, including PowerApps, PowerBI, Dynamics, Flow, Planner, etc. This will help in determining if the O365 group is truly unused. If I go by what Apricot reports now, I could actually remove a group that seems unused, but that is being levered in PowerBI dashboards and a Flow workflow for example.3 votes
Add a search by group owners in the Archive page (like for the Groups page)3 votes
Giving owners a way to back up certain files and documents would drive more owners to archive their unused groups.
- Maybe by adding an "Archive options" button in the email sent to owners in which ShareGate Apricot could give them this option (similar UI as in the Archive page would be great). Then, they could download their file/doc followed by a Go archive! for the rest.
Also, give them the option to move content before archiving. Using an AI logic to suggest documents users may want to move from a group before archiving it would be incredible.3 votes
Having a graph or a chart displaying thee number of groups created in the last 30 days or even in the last week (7 days) would be very useful
- This graph could be in the Assistant or the Activity page and would help make the page lively enough so that you go back to it later.
- Don't see your idea?
