Keep "Ask Owners" button available on Inactive Groups/Team screen when additional filters are applied.
Any additional filter to "Inactive" causes the "Ask Owner" button to disappear. Either keep the button active or provide selection of possible "Ask Owner" actions available to the Group/Team.2 votes
The recipient account setting does not allow adding a group or distribution list and is limited to a single individual. We would like capability to add more than one person, or add a group or distribution list so that more than one person can get notification emails and bot posts.2 votes
We get a report phishing or incident tickets raised most times when users are contacted by the ShareGate Apricot. There's no way the business will understand what a ShareGate Apricot is, hence this is defeating the aim of getting all users to respond and act on the actions required for them to comply to governance.
So it would be great if we can rename the Bot and personalise the message sent to the users so they can be assured the messages they are getting is genuine and coming from the IT Team.18 votes
By adding a filter "Haven't Asked Owner", admins can select all inactive Teams/Groups and press the "Ask owner(s)" button. Presently, if even 1 entry is displayed where the owner was previously asked you cannot bulk act on the rest of the entries in the list without selecting them individually. Where dozens of hundreds or inactive Teams exist, the current process is too cumbersome.1 vote
I think the admin communications via email or chatbot is awesome! I'm loving it. However, it would be great if we could add a few users to this communication instead of being limited to just one person. I have a team of 2 other individuals who could also monitor these communications and get insights and details.1 vote

After an investigation, we have a secure plan to add the logo of your company inside the email to owners.
We’re able to use images (squareLogo or BannerLogo) directly from the Branding set in your organization’s Azure Active Directory sign-in page.
Before going further, I would like to know if the branding is already set in your environment and if that solution answer the need of this request (Logo only).
In the meantime, I want to inform you that we’re going to add the Teams Chatbot communication mode for the Inactive policy. We found out that owners report less the bot as spam than email.
Your feedback is really appreciated, thanks a lot!
