    Would like to give access to ShareGate Apricot to users that aren't admin in SharePoint.


    • To assign the admin role only within ShareGate Apricot.

    • For example, for the helpdesk or the support team.

  3. Be able to switch privacy for groups

  4. Flag groups with small content size

    Resurface groups with very small content/file size in the Assistant -- so IT admins can ask owners of these groups if their groups are really useful


    • Perhaps the groups aren't really used, or the content that is included in there is also in another more used group.

  5. Add content size column in the Groups list

    Add the content size of each groups within the list – to see if those are just empty groups and he should delete them.


    • Then IT might ask owners if the group is still needed, or would even archive it on the spot.

  6. Report on the activity and usage of O365 groups

    Ability to produce reporting on the activity feed and add a pie chart/bar graph to see the current state of things.


    • Similar to the Office 365 admin chart showing usage, size, etc.


    • Activity chart would be nice for his whole tenant.

  7. Give download and more options to group owners before archiving

    Giving owners a way to back up certain files and documents would drive more owners to archive their unused groups.


    • Maybe by adding an "Archive options" button in the email sent to owners in which ShareGate Apricot could give them this option (similar UI as in the Archive page would be great). Then, they could download their file/doc followed by a Go archive! for the rest.

    Also, give them the option to move content before archiving. Using an AI logic to suggest documents users may want to move from a group before archiving it would be incredible.

  9. Assist users with the creation of Office 365 groups

    Would love to have an automated creation of groups process that could ask a couple of questions to owners before their group is really created. In brief, to have help with the beginning of the lifecycle of Office 365 groups.

    Also, ShareGate Apricot’s auto-entrust would mean that the end of the lifecycle of O365 groups are also covered.

  11. Add a graph tracking group creation

    Having a graph or a chart displaying thee number of groups created in the last 30 days or even in the last week (7 days) would be very useful


    • This graph could be in the Assistant or the Activity page and would help make the page lively enough so that you go back to it later.

  12. Divide the activity feed by action type

    Divide the activity feed in sections. For example, groups created, groups entrusted, groups deleted, groups archived.

  13. Ability to communicate with group owners on demand

    Ability to trigger some workflows to communicate with group owners – for example, contact them by email to ask questions about their groups (other than to entrust them).


    • Use case 1: Unused group, owner gets the email and decides to keep it – but it is really old and unused, so before admin taking action on it and overriding the owner’s decision, he would want to contact him and find out why.


    • Use case 2: Unused group that has about nothing in it and/or no members. IT admin would like to contact owners to ask them if it's ok to…

  14. Bulk edit selected groups

    I like the idea of selecting multiple groups from the Groups page and doing a bulk action.

  15. Flag groups that don't respect naming convention

    Have a way to identify and display groups that do not follow naming convention rules established in our company in the app.


    • E.g. Every agency in our organization has its own acronym, that IT asks them to put it as a prefix in their group name.

  16. Add a total of archive storage used

    Environment’s total amount of storage – One day, I’d like to be able to have visibility on the amount of archive storage we have overall and that a department has.

    - Or by doing a search on this page (with a key word) and get that number.

  18. Apply a different unused group policy to different departments

    It would be great to be able to search for these groups and opt them out of entrustment / or if there was a separate policy I could apply to them to say Never instead of the 90 days.


    • Thus, instead of having the policy being applied to the whole tenant, it could be divided within department, business units, teams, etc.
