Allow to rename and personalize the bot
We get a report phishing or incident tickets raised most times when users are contacted by the ShareGate Apricot. There's no way the business will understand what a ShareGate Apricot is, hence this is defeating the aim of getting all users to respond and act on the actions required for them to comply to governance.
So it would be great if we can rename the Bot and personalise the message sent to the users so they can be assured the messages they are getting is genuine and coming from the IT Team.

Absolutely critical for us and running lifecycle management. Customizing the message and options would be a requirement before we can rollout.
It is very critical issue. So, please implement this as soon as practical.

This is a really important feature as the way it its today, most of our users see it as spam/phishing.

Users worried this bot is malicious. If I could customize it to make it look more legit....that would be great

It would be great to have the possibility to brand / customise most of the tool, so that users are redirected to internal documentation, if needed, and not only to ShareGate wiki.

This is an important feature. Also, the links to your help are incorrect. They go to the help pages for admins and do not go to the end user material. The help should go to this page: https://support-apricot.sharegate.com/hc/en-us/categories/360003313191-Owner-s.
Also, we don't want our users submitting tickets to your help desk, but to our own.
Please let us customize the chatbox information.

A real deal-breaker. We have a lots of user that report this as spam and dont use the function
This would be a great idea to implement. This would allow companies to personalize the bot for that org.
