I'd like to be able to trigger the Apricot bot for existing Teams to get group purpose automatically. Currently only newly created Teams trigger the bot. I'd like to trigger and collect for Teams that existed before Apricot was deployed.12 votes
We’re currently building the “Ask the owner” feature for both purpose and sensitivity categorization. You’ll be able to contact owners of pre-existing teams.
I'd like to have the Apricot bot start a group chat in Teams with the members of the Team if a group becomes orphaned, and ask them to elect a new owner. If an orphaned group is surfaced in the admin portal, all I'm going to do is look at the members left and ask "So who's the one responsible now"... I'd like that automated.7 votes
It would be nice to have a way to track all Bot activity. We want to see what was sent, actioned or ignored in a single location.1 vote
When a user select a group purpose with the Teams Bot they can't change it. If they've made an error they have to contact admins.
Allow users to modify Group purpose selection.1 vote
