  1. Flag groups with small content size

    Resurface groups with very small content/file size in the Assistant -- so IT admins can ask owners of these groups if their groups are really useful

    - Perhaps the groups aren't really used, or the content that is included in there is also in another more used group.

  2. Add a total of archive storage used

    Environment’s total amount of storage – One day, I’d like to be able to have visibility on the amount of archive storage we have overall and that a department has.
    - By having a total storage amount on the Archive page
    - Or by doing a search on this page (with a key word) and get that number.

  4. Improve the View & Edit Email button behavior in the settings

    “View & edit email sent to users” section is too hidden.  When the button is at the bottom of the page, unless you notice the change in scrollbars, you don’t know there is anything below to look at.  Add an indicator or force some spaces below the button so the top of the email will appear.

  8. Ability to disable the Archive feature

    Give us the ability to turn off the Archiving feature. Some orgs may want to manage their archives outside of ShareGate, whether it's just a manual process of renaming and hiding the O365 group or by some other method. Also, users don't always know what they want, so by default they might just choose Archive because too afraid to delete.

  9. Add education material in email sent to group owners

    It would be important to add any type of instruction in the email sent to the group owners to educate them on what their actions will result in.

  10. Ability to clear a search quickly

    In search boxes (e.g. in the Groups page), you have to select, erase and then click on Enter to remove the key words you've written. An "X" would be nice.

  11. Ability to tag specific groups for longevity/ICT management

    Ability to tag specific groups for longevity/ICT managed. We have a core of ICT managed “departmental” team sites, plus the sprawl of self-service created groups.

    Being able to tag these up would help massively and see their assignment at the point of admin tasks would be valuable. There’s already too much confusion due to end users creating groups with similar names to their departments.
