Include group ownership info in the activity feed
I would want to know whenever owners are added or removed from groups.
- So info on group ownership would be great in the activity feed.

Ability to customize columns in the Manage page
Ability to customize the columns (add/remove some of them) would be great.
- Add a column for labels that you would import from O365 and for which you could filter on (e.g. highly confidential), a column for group members, etc.

Move the group's creation date to the top of the details page
Move the Created date of a group to the top of its details page. Otherwise, if a group is 4 years old and so, naturally, has a lot of activities listed in that section, it won’t be awesome to scroll down the feed till you find that info.

Include archived groups in Manage page
Include archived groups within the Manage page.
- And add a switch to see or not see the archived groups within the Manage page.
- That way, users don’t have to search for a group in the Manage page, see that it’s not there. Then, search on the Archive page to find it.2 votes -
Flag groups with small content size
Resurface groups with very small content/file size in the Dashboard -- so IT admins can ask owners of these groups if their groups are really useful
- Perhaps the groups aren't really used, or the content that is included in there is also in another more used group.

Flag groups that don't respect naming convention
Have a way to identify and display groups that do not follow naming convention rules established in our company in the app.
- E.g. Every agency in our organization has its own acronym, that IT asks them to put it as a prefix in their group name.

Add in a way to edit the group name.

Minimize the space or add comma seperator to every (thousand) number in the app

Add Notes to group details
When you open a group details window, it'd be great to have a "notes" field that is available just within ShareGate.
Sometimes there's a unique reason that I do or don't take some action on a group, and I'd like to have that reason documented within the management tool, but without necessarily available to the group owners/members or resetting the group activity date (otherwise I could just add to the description). A simple Notes field of some sort that is only visible in the ShareGate Teams management tool would accomplish this well.

Display Microsoft Teams ID
For adding persons or updating them, I find from time to time the ID of the Teams team is helpful, I find it in the ShareGate Migration tool for the Site Collection, however not in the App for Microsoft Teams

Remove unused users from the user list in ShareGate Home
Please enable us to remove unused users from the user list in Sharegate Home.
This sounds as a basic functionality, which isn't available. Once a user has been added, this remains forever listed.

Exclude Images in Inactive Teams Email
The linked image in the Inactive Teams Email does not come up while on my company's VPN. It would be nice to just be able to turn off or not show the linked image for the site.

Exceptions for automate external sharing reviews
If you have some Teams & SharePoint sites with external sharing links that must remain permanently and also sometimes exceed the number of 500. It would be helpful if such teams or sites could be excluded for automated external sharing review. The review could then be started manually if required.

Excluding OneDrive from reports
Is it possible to run reports across the tenancy excluding OneDrive. In particular the external user, orphaned user, unused site and external sharing

Provide a non-automated archive option so consultancy can be provided
We’d like to interact with our site owners via the bot or email but we don’t want them to pick archive. They need to either keep and own the content going forward or dispose of it. Archiving would be an exception and need to be able to be discussed as opposed to an automated action.
Ideally we would want something that generated something like this.
Email : Dear SP admin
Owner xxxx would like to discuss the decommissioning of Site/Team/Group/Community xxxxSP admin could then share it with our information governance colleagues to seek agreement on what needs to happen…

Remove ShareGate contact info on Communication email
Please remove the ShareGate address and link from the bottom of the Communication email. We understand that ShareGate is initiating the email, but the email comes from our mail account and therefore we feel that the email should not contain the SGate contact info and link:
ShareGate - 1751 Richardson Street #1050 Montreal, Quebec, Canada H3K 1G6
And also: the Why am I receiving this email? link
These are confusing users, most are reporting this as potential spam. The use of ShareGate to manage teams is not well understood by our user base, and it is confusing them. Thank you!1 vote -

Ability to skip an external links sharing review or a guest review, and let another Owner doing the review
When a user is Owner of multiple Groups / Teams, and there are multiple Owners for a Group / Teams, the tool should allow the possibility to skip the review of a particular Group / Teams, to allow another Owner do the review.
This in the case the current Owner does not have the information for the review of a specific Group / Teams, but still they want to review the other Groups.1 vote
