Have the ability to assign Communications (Admin Governance) to more than one Administrator
I think the admin communications via email or chatbot is awesome! I'm loving it. However, it would be great if we could add a few users to this communication instead of being limited to just one person. I have a team of 2 other individuals who could also monitor these communications and get insights and details.

Remove ShareGate contact info on Communication email
Please remove the ShareGate address and link from the bottom of the Communication email. We understand that ShareGate is initiating the email, but the email comes from our mail account and therefore we feel that the email should not contain the SGate contact info and link:
ShareGate - 1751 Richardson Street #1050 Montreal, Quebec, Canada H3K 1G6
And also: the Why am I receiving this email? link
These are confusing users, most are reporting this as potential spam. The use of ShareGate to manage teams is not well understood by our user base, and it is confusing them. Thank you!2 votes -
Ability to revoke sent emails
It would be a pretty handy feature to be able to revoke sent out emails.

Ability to set a specific time or time-frame for when notifications go out.
Especially with the notifications directly to Teams (which most users have push to their phones) it would be nice to be able to restrict when the communications go out to Owners for a specific time or a set time-frame.
I see these more often come in later around 8pm and at least once after 11pm. For a better response and better reception to these new communications I think it would help to be during working hours.

Ability to hide the Delete button in email
With the introduction of the delete button, owners of inactive groups can not only archive or keep their group, but also easily delete them. I would like the ability to hide that button. We've experienced already that deleted groups shouldn't have been deleted after all. Apparantly, not every owner understands that 'delete' really means 'delete'.

Customize who is getting the External Sharing reviews notifications
For example, send the notification to a security governance team to review instead of Group Owners
The limitation with this feature even though it is good is if an entrusted owner wanted to share confidential data out to a source we do not trust then it is only the owner that can approve this making it easy to bypass security policies.

Ability to change the Sender's display name for email communications
As of now, you can change the sender's email address but the display name in the email is still the admin's. It would be great to be able to create an account for this and be able to use it for both the email and display name.

Send follow up email to inactive group owners after one of them completes action (archive/delete/keep).
We keep having some confusion with our group owners when there is more than one owner and they all get the inactive group email with the Archive/Keep/Delete action buttons. This would be fixed by a follow up email to all owners "Joe User archived group ABC on 8/1/2021".

Add more group info into Owner emails to help them find it/review it
Many times group owners do not know what workloads a group is used with based on only the group name, especially if it has been inactive. Also, many groups have very similar names. Adding which workload the group is used with (similar to the SP, Teams and Outlook icons on the manage screens) and the link to the connected site/team (if SharePoint or Teams) would be very helpful to the owners and reduce calls to admins to help them find where the group is used. Most users will not blindly click on a Delete button in an email without actually…

Secondary Notification for Inactive Teams
Would it be possible to add a secondary notification option? For example if the initial inactive team threshold is 365 days. If a user says "Keep" they would get notified a second time in 90 days. That 90 days is the feature request in this case.

Ability to choose preferred communication to reach out to owners
It would be great if we could configure whether they get notified by email, by chatbot, or both (maybe chatbot first, then email if not response in X days, in case they are not using Teams).

Validate if group owners have undertaken training about MS Teams
We really like what Apricot offers in terms OOTB functionality, but like many organizations we also have some custom requirements. Is it possible to implement things like:
- Check if owners have taken our training for O365 Groups/MS Teams

CC owner's manager to follow-up email
When owners don’t answer emails sent by Apricot, would love to see their manager (info found in AD) CCed the second email or the follow-up email. They’ll be more prone to answer then.

Send training links automatically after O365 group creation
Automated response/email go out to owners of new teams and groups to give them training links and info (e.g. groups that get created as tests and how to delete them)
