Review internal members and links
Review should not only be available for guests and external links, but also for members and internal links. This will also make the owners aware of the internal cleanup, which is important in a self-management environment.

Ability to skip an external links sharing review or a guest review, and let another Owner doing the review
When a user is Owner of multiple Groups / Teams, and there are multiple Owners for a Group / Teams, the tool should allow the possibility to skip the review of a particular Group / Teams, to allow another Owner do the review.
This in the case the current Owner does not have the information for the review of a specific Group / Teams, but still they want to review the other Groups.3 votes -

Cutom permission delegation to Apricot app
Skanska have multiple ShareGate Desktop seats. We have evaluated the ShareGate Apricot and we like it. It requires high privileges. Would it possible to have Delegated Permissions only? It is okay to only read data. We have very strict security rules and a tenant used across business units and countries. Application Permissions such as sending emails as users and Read and Write to all Site Collections, will not be allowed.
We already use o365-cli and our own app registration, as described here: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/office/blogs/using-your-own-azure-ad-identity-with-office365-cli/.
What we would like to do is having a similar setup or an ability to only…3 votes -

Periodical check of the permissions of members of a private Teams
Our company has to apply to certain requirements for an ISO certification. One of the requirements is the ability to periodically check the permissions of the members of a private SharePoint Site/Team. Would be a great addition to the roadmap.

Delegate an external link review to a group member
It's not always possible, as an owner, to determine if an external link is still valid. Especially in larger teams with many external links.
I would like to see a delegate option where you, as owner, assign the review to the person who actually shared the link.

Give more visibility on the content of the files that are externally shared
Allow the ShareGate Apricot users to open the file that had been externally shared, see what's in it and info about it, such as who created it, when was it last modified, etc.

Delete external users from Azure AD
We were discussing how nice it would be to have an "external user cleanup" feature added to the product. It seems kind of annoying that external guest accounts will always remain in the Azure tenant even if you delete a group.
