We were discussing how nice it would be to have an "external user cleanup" feature added to the product. It seems kind of annoying that external guest accounts will always remain in the Azure tenant even if you delete a group.

It's interesting to see the creation and last activity dates, yet it seems to be missing a Last Modified date as well in the Groups page.

Add education material in email sent to group owners
It would be important to add any type of instruction in the email sent to the group owners to educate them on what their actions will result in.

Ability to nominate a business owner as a primary contact
I would rather nominate someone responsible (i.e. a business owner) to make the decision to keep or archive unused groups instead of group owners in some cases. It would be a great addition to ShareGate Apricot.

Ability for group owners to reach out to IT team
We want group owners to be able to reach out to IT team via the email sent to them by ShareGate Apricot or the page they land on when they act on their unused group.
E.g. it could be a clickable link that automatically produce an email with IT team/helpdesk as the email sender or info on the best way to communicate with them.

Add data of the unused group in email
It would be interesting to add metadata on the unused group to help the group owner make the decision to keep or archive it.
- Ex: last modified date, “those were the 5 last modified documents”, etc.

Ability to tag specific groups for longevity/ICT management
Ability to tag specific groups for longevity/ICT managed. We have a core of ICT managed “departmental” team sites, plus the sprawl of self-service created groups.
Being able to tag these up would help massively and see their assignment at the point of admin tasks would be valuable. There’s already too much confusion due to end users creating groups with similar names to their departments.
