Ability to provide file templates
Would be great the have a possibility to provide file templase (e.g. project document templates) that are available in the files tab in a selected channel of the new created team.

Archive site content (not the entire site)
I would like to have the ability to archive some old site content to Azure storage, but keep the source site in place. Having the ability for that to age out the Azure storage after a certain amount of time would be great.
I know that this would essentially make ShareGate a backup solution to some degree, but the Azure archive functionality is already there.

Ability to customize strings that user sees in the provisioning
For us to be able to use the provisioning we would need to be able to customize all strings that the end user sees to (in our case) Swedish. Maybe some template language with placeholders for variables.
Alternatively if there would be some API on the provisioning part, to build our own user interface.

Ability to Filter on Archived MS Teams that have been archived
Ability to Filter on Archived MS Teams. Currently there is no column or filters to see if the MS Team has been archived.

Add URL filter to columns in Manage for bulk-adding of e.g. purpose
In our environment we're able to tell sites apart by URL - however there is no option to filter by URL in the "Manage" section yet. It would be beneficial for us to have that.

Shared channels
Reporting on Shared Channels. It would useful to see if any Teams are using Shared Channels and if any external users are members of them. This would help with governance.

Manage email settings for groups
There are three settings in each M365 Group that controls whether the group's email address:
a) accepts external mail
b) is forwarded to group members, and
c) is visible in the Global Address List.When I'm looking in the ShareGate Teams management tool, I have to leave and look in M365 Admin or Exchange Admin in order to see and/or change those settings. It would be great if those settings were available in ShareGate Teams management.

Ability to force the sync between M365 and Sharegate teams management
This will make it easier to see in real time the changes happening from M365 to sharegate. Especially with externally shared documents.
At the moment, the sync happens after 7 days which is not really accurate. This makes it that, externally shared documents that are deleted still shows from sharegate teams mangement and only syncs after 7 days.1 vote -

Include Guest count with Teams Export file
When we export the list of Teams from the Teams Management area, there is not a way to include the number of Guests that are listed. When we export this data, we would like to easily identify which Teams have external members and external links. The External Links count is included, but the External Guests is not. An alternative would be to have the ability to export the filtered Teams Management view (ex: Only export the Teams under external review)

Archive retention
For an appropriate lifecycle it would also be helpful if a retention could be defined for the archive so that content is also deleted after a predefined time.

Teams Archival - Generate content report that can be exported (e.g. Excel format as in Explorer - bulk edit metadata export)
As part of the archiving of Teams we're looking to create an inventory of archived sites that can be accessed by business. As part of that we'd like to provide reports of the original contents of the site to ease the search for particular files and folders. Sharegate desktop has a functionality in the Explorer part which makes it possible to export (meta) data from a list or library. What we're looking for here would be similar.

Add a single user to multiple office 365 groups at once
It would be very usefull to be able to add a user to multiple office 365 grous/teams enviroments.
For example a new employee needs to get added to 25 current projects.
Every project is a single enviroment and at this moment its not possible to add a user to all of them at once.1 vote -
Option to remove "Delete" option for inactive Teams notifications
I would like to have the option to exclude "Delete" Teams/Groups from the notifications of Inactivity. The notification could give them only "Keep" or "Archive" in this case.

Set a column to view orphaned owner on manage your environment, all groups, orphaned groups
I click on https://app.sharegate.com/manage and I go to Manage and see All Groups and I have a dozen Orphaned groups. Can I see the owner that is orphaned so I know "ahh Jane Doe, I an add Dalmonica Betley as new owner" to a bunch of them I can currently click each one and then Add Owner, that would be helpful instead of click, who is the owner, click, who is the owner, etc.

Add Notes to group details
When you open a group details window, it'd be great to have a "notes" field that is available just within ShareGate.
Sometimes there's a unique reason that I do or don't take some action on a group, and I'd like to have that reason documented within the management tool, but without necessarily available to the group owners/members or resetting the group activity date (otherwise I could just add to the description). A simple Notes field of some sort that is only visible in the ShareGate Teams management tool would accomplish this well.
Currently, I have to keep an external list…

Display Microsoft Teams ID
For adding persons or updating them, I find from time to time the ID of the Teams team is helpful, I find it in the ShareGate Migration tool for the Site Collection, however not in the App for Microsoft Teams

Remove unused users from the user list in ShareGate Home
Please enable us to remove unused users from the user list in Sharegate Home.
This sounds as a basic functionality, which isn't available. Once a user has been added, this remains forever listed.
