Ability to ask a group owner to assign a second owner
Tell a team owner that they need to assign one more owner to the team (as to avoid-> any teams from ending up without an owner, and avoid an IT admin having to go to SG Apricot to assign an owner)
To respect 2 owners minimum policy

Detect the activity in other O365 workflows (Dynamics 365, PowerApps, PowerBI, etc.)
Have ShareGate Apricot detect all O365 services or workloads used by O365 Groups, including PowerApps, PowerBI, Dynamics, Flow, Planner, etc. This will help in determining if the O365 group is truly unused. If I go by what Apricot reports now, I could actually remove a group that seems unused, but that is being levered in PowerBI dashboards and a Flow workflow for example.

Ability to nominate a business owner to entrust
I would rather nominate someone responsible (i.e. a business owner) to make the decision to keep or archive unused groups instead of group owners in some cases. It would be a great addition to ShareGate Apricot.

Ability to export a list of all orphaned groups
We need to be able to send the list out to the people we are going to be adding so that they know what groups they are being added to.
It would be nice to be able to export the Apricot results so we can send that list to the our different teams so they know they can start working on their list that they will be added to.

Add a Last Modified date in groups details page
It's interesting to see the creation and last activity dates, yet it seems to be missing a Last Modified date as well in the Groups page.

It’s a great idea to add this information so you can decide your next action!

Add Yammer as a workload
Monitor Yammer. It seems important to not loose sight of yammer groups.

Keep "Ask Owners" button available on Inactive Groups/Team screen when additional filters are applied.
Any additional filter to "Inactive" causes the "Ask Owner" button to disappear. Either keep the button active or provide selection of possible "Ask Owner" actions available to the Group/Team.

Include archived groups in Manage page
Include archived groups within the Manage page.
- And add a switch to see or not see the archived groups within the Manage page.
- That way, users don’t have to search for a group in the Manage page, see that it’s not there. Then, search on the Archive page to find it.3 votes -

Filter what counts as activity
By selecting what counts as activity or by who performs it, the Inactivity lists would reflect the individual needs of businesses. For example page views, or actions performed by Site Collection admins can be excluded as activity.

Add content size for all teams
In Apricot you can see how much data an inactive team is using, but not any other teams.
Please add this column as an option to the other views.

Ability to customize columns in the Manage page
Ability to customize the columns (add/remove some of them) would be great.
- Add a column for labels that you would import from O365 and for which you could filter on (e.g. highly confidential), a column for group members, etc.

Move the group's creation date to the top of the details page
Move the Created date of a group to the top of its details page. Otherwise, if a group is 4 years old and so, naturally, has a lot of activities listed in that section, it won’t be awesome to scroll down the feed till you find that info.
