Ability for members of an orphaned group to select a new owner via the Teams Bot
I'd like to have the Apricot bot start a group chat in Teams with the members of the Team if a group becomes orphaned, and ask them to elect a new owner. If an orphaned group is surfaced in the admin portal, all I'm going to do is look at the members left and ask "So who's the one responsible now"... I'd like that automated.

Change the name of 'IT Team' when reaching out to users
The word 'team' is used so much in the text of the chat bot message that users get confused about which Microsoft TEAMS team is being referred to. Allowing us to set the "IT Team" text would help. In my organization, the IT support is called 'I.S.' We would change it to that if we could.

Adding a link to the Team / SharePoint site in the Teams Bot notification
Adding a link to the Team / SharePoint site in relation to the Teams Bot question would be really useful for the user to make an informed decision on.

I need the ability to change the ShareGate Teams bot Icon. Currently we can only rename Short name, description in MS Teams admin center.
This is a very critical request because we need to use our company specific Icon so that our user will not treat the bot as an phishing attempt.
As per Microsoft article (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/customize-apps) app developers control which properties can actually be customized by any admin.
So I assume updating app icon is possible but it is done from the App developers which is ShareGate. So please enable this updating feature for Icon.

More info in inactivity bot
It has been suggested by a number of our Team owners that the inactivity bot notice should explain that it will also delete the associated content and not just the Team conversations.

Alert admins when owners answers I don't know (Teams Purpose)
The Teams Bot is working really well but it would be great if there was an option here for the owner to answer I Don't Know and then an admin can get an alert. The reason is that sometimes there are Teams created and the owner either has forgotten the use or inherited it and needs some help. Without the IDK option, some users just ignore the Bot.

It would be nice to have a way to track all Bot activity. We want to see what was sent, actioned or ignored in a single location.

Allow user to change their selection with Teams Bot
When a user select a group purpose with the Teams Bot they can't change it. If they've made an error they have to contact admins.
Allow users to modify Group purpose selection.
