Add the ability to bulk delete or bulk restore on the Archive Page and support Filtering
On the Archive page, I would like to be able to bulk delete archived teams. Currently I have to open each team indivudally in order to perform an action.
I would like to be able to select say all the teams archived over 3 years ago and bulk delete them. Currently there is no filtering although sorting is possible.

Change the name of 'IT Team' when reaching out to users
The word 'team' is used so much in the text of the chat bot message that users get confused about which Microsoft TEAMS team is being referred to. Allowing us to set the "IT Team" text would help. In my organization, the IT support is called 'I.S.' We would change it to that if we could.

Adding a link to the Team / SharePoint site in relation to the Teams Bot question would be really useful for the user to make an informed decision on.

Ability to hide the Delete button in email
With the introduction of the delete button, owners of inactive groups can not only archive or keep their group, but also easily delete them. I would like the ability to hide that button. We've experienced already that deleted groups shouldn't have been deleted after all. Apparantly, not every owner understands that 'delete' really means 'delete'.

Customizable Settings for Archive/Support for Non-Apricot Archive
For organizations that may be unable to use the built-in Apricot archive yet, it would be nice to have some more granular settings to control when/how the archive option is provided on end user communications and allow us to integrate our own archive processes, so we can still use Apricot as much as possible. Let owners retrieve archived content
Allow teams/groups owners to be able to access and retrieve the data of their archived teams/groups by themselves so that they don't have to go through IT to do it.

Send training links automatically after O365 group creation
Automated response/email go out to owners of new teams and groups to give them training links and info (e.g. groups that get created as tests and how to delete them)

Add stats/ data analytics related to what’s going on in their tenant (e.g. how many groups are in one area, who didn’t answer to the teams bot, export that info into a dashboard)

Reporting on Shared Channels. It would useful to see if any Teams are using Shared Channels and if any external users are members of them. This would help with governance.

Turn of Inactivity Notifications for Specific Groups
Add the ability to turn off inactivity notifications for specific groups OR set a very high inactivity threshold. Currently the maximum allowed value by Apricot is 999 days and I would like to have the option of an infinite value.

Add more group info into Owner emails to help them find it/review it
Many times group owners do not know what workloads a group is used with based on only the group name, especially if it has been inactive. Also, many groups have very similar names. Adding which workload the group is used with (similar to the SP, Teams and Outlook icons on the manage screens) and the link to the connected site/team (if SharePoint or Teams) would be very helpful to the owners and reduce calls to admins to help them find where the group is used. Add a graph tracking group creation
Having a graph or a chart displaying thee number of groups created in the last 30 days or even in the last week (7 days) would be very useful
- This graph could be in the Assistant or the Activity page and would help make the page lively enough so that you go back to it later.

Ability for group owners to reach out to IT team
We want group owners to be able to reach out to IT team via the email sent to them by ShareGate Apricot or the page they land on when they act on their unused group.
E.g. it could be a clickable link that automatically produce an email with IT team/helpdesk as the email sender or info on the best way to communicate with them.
