Detect the activity in other O365 workflows (Dynamics 365, PowerApps, PowerBI, etc.)
Have ShareGate Apricot detect all O365 services or workloads used by O365 Groups, including PowerApps, PowerBI, Dynamics, Flow, Planner, etc. This will help in determining if the O365 group is truly unused. If I go by what Apricot reports now, I could actually remove a group that seems unused, but that is being levered in PowerBI dashboards and a Flow workflow for example.

Hi Sharegate, Is there any update on this suggestion. This would be a great feature to add.

Even if recent activity can't be detected, is there even some way to indicate that the group was ever used in Planner, Power Automate, etc.? Just knowing that a service was at once point associated with a group would at least indicate where caution should be taken before deleting groups that otherwise seem inactive.

Is there an update on this? What happens if someone chooses to Delete a Power BI workspace or Planner through the inactivity notification?

Much needed feature.... notifications warning users that the "group is inactive" are misleading if they only apply to certain apps.

Hi ShareGate team, I'm also very interested in this, sometimes Groups are created just because someone created a Planner, however it only shows as SharePoint activity and this is extremely misleading.

Much needed feature. Many users seem to use O365 groups just as a shared mailbox or an easy way to share a PowerBI Workspace. In both cases Apricot is rather blind at the moment.
