There is currently no way to select a single Owner to receive the notifications. The only way to achieve that is to put all other Owners on the "Do not disturb" list, which is impractical in many cases, not only when there is a great number of teams, but also if a user is an Owner in multiple teams, but needs to receive notifications only for one of them. If he is on the Dnd list, he will not be receiving any notification.
