Keep "Ask Owners" button available on Inactive Groups/Team screen when additional filters are applied.
Any additional filter to "Inactive" causes the "Ask Owner" button to disappear. Either keep the button active or provide selection of possible "Ask Owner" actions available to the Group/Team.

This would provide more useful manual management for Inactive Teams since filters can be applied for Teams of a specific purpose and then only those Teams can be selected for "Ask Owners"
