Teams bot (ShareGate App) is automatically installed for group owners when the Ask Owner features is selected if the owner has never received a notification. I discovered an issue that causes the app to not install automatically if the owner manually uninstalled it. There will be no way Teams Management admins will know that the app was uninstalled, and that owner will never receive any more notifications.
