I need to be able to quickly see which sites are Microsoft Team sites. Can you add the template column to the main explorer view and have it as a filter option?

Since the auditing capabilities in Office 365 were moved to the unified auditing log, we can no longer use the audit report as we used to in ShareGate Desktop. At the time, we do not support the auditing through the unified log and are not planning to support it. We will re-evaluate the situation in the future.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Is there anyway to audit content in SharePoint that was accessed by external users?

We are trying to come up with a better plan for managing external users. When they last logged in or access SharePoint content would be very helpful.

I have request fairly often to provide a list of users in a site collection and the groups they belong. I also have requests to provide a list of groups and the users that are in the group. It would be great if Sharegate would add these two reports.

With the different options already offered by Microsoft (Popularity and Usage reporting, Site health, etc.), we are wondering if the need of usage reporting in ShareGate is still relevant?

-Are there any scenarios where the options offered by Microsoft don’t help?
-How would the info gathered through this type of reporting would help?

Let us know how you think this would help so we can build the solution to fit your needs.

Is there any way to a get a last modified date that doesn't pick up Microsoft's modified date? Running a report for the online version of sharePoint, shows basically the same date on every site because it grabs Microsoft's modified date every time they push out a change. The report is worthless in determining when the sites were actually last modified.

I'm looking for some reports that will show me where a custom site column has been used and where a custom site content type has been used. It's very difficult to clean up site collections and these two reports would help.

Is there a way to remove all users in a site collection without going to each sub-site and removing them from security groups. What I would like to do is to remove all non service accounts from the site collection so that all security groups are empty.

I need to check them off in a list. I have over 700 students that need to be removed in multiple sub-sites and various security groups.
