I also thought this worked differently. I thought it showed, and hoped it showed, all activity regardless of the action being done via Apricot itself.

I would find it useful to be able to see a display of added and removed members and owners. TBH I'm more interested in owners and guests. We have some internal groups such as students, where we cannot technically enforce that they cannot be owners but we ask that staff do not elevate them to owners - which still happens. A view of this would help with our messaging.

A value on the dashboard is not the same as when you click into the item. On the dashboard I have a value of zero owners and 1 member. When I click on the item to view the member it shows there are no members.

To help with manual clean-up of Groups it would be useful to have the following filters so we don’t have to click the item for more information.

    1. In ownerless Groups with one member – show if the member was the previous owner – if it is there are lots of Groups we could delete. Otherwise we have to go look who the remaining member is and often it’s the previous owner. Checking this is an overhead to an already manual task.
    2. In ownerless Groups – allow selection of ‘0 members’ – otherwise we have to manually scroll and select all the ‘0’ member Groups

This is something we thought it did. Checking external sharing is useful but bringing it up a level to just a simple 'dear owner do you know your Team/Group has guests' is what our Infogov colleagues want. To meet compliance we are required to ask every 3 months about access to systems from guest or sponsored users. Perhaps if it had a check box next to each guest so an owner could tick the ones they are ok with and the remainder would get emailed to IT for action to purge or v.v
