Identify & delete permission groups that are not in use
A permission matrix report shows all the groups that are in use and grant access to content. I want the OPPOSITE. I want a report that shows all the groups in my collections that are NOT in use.
I have over 2,000 permission groups in one collection. A permission matrix report shows only 1200 are used to grant access to content. I want a report to identify and delete the remaining 800.

We know this suggestion has been here for a while now. To be honest, this has never been a priority but today I am a bit curious on learning more about the ultimate need behind this idea.
Would the ability to report on metadata help you prepare for migrations? Or is it connected to content management?
What are your thoughts on this?
As more of companies move towards various kinds of document tagging for security and/retention purposes, it would be super helpful to be able to identify documents based on the value of the column.
Can we get the defaults defined at destination?
We use enterprise managed metadata columns in our O365 libraries. When I migrate content from a file share to SharePoint, I was told that the product won't simply accept the default value that I set for the library. Is that true? I can drag/drop copy files in manuallly and they accept the default values, but not if I use the tool? Are there plans to fix that?
