    Hi everyone,

It’s been a while since this suggestion has been updated so I just want to let you know that after re-evaluation, we still not planning on adding such a feature in the near future.

We will continue to read your comments so don’t hesitate to send in more.

Thanks again for sharing your feedback.

Is a feature on the horizon to check for broken links in SharePoint. Like a link to a document/item is broken.

We use the content type 'Link to Document' to link to a URL of a document or page in our SharePoint environment. Checking to see if these links are still valid would be great. We have found that sometime the document gets renamed or moved or even deleted. A way to have a report of what URLs are invalid would be great in this case.

Please add a report or feature to Sharegate to check for broken links

The Audit Report Options allows me to choose a site collection or a user. It would be nice to be able to select a subsite or a specific list / document library. Is that on the radar? Have I asked before? I have been running a manual report each month to provide for example who read documents on a Training subSite

It would be nice if we could use ShareGate to run an Audit Report on a specific site and/or document library. I see how you can choose a site collection, but will not allow me to filter down further to a site or document library. I like the concept that we can schedule the audit report and I have a user that wants to know how often on a monthly basis a documen library is accessed.

    Hello ShareGaters,

I was going through the comments in this thread and clearly understood your desire of visibility over user alerts (who created them, type of alerts, etc.) but I am curious to hear how the info would be used, how you would consume the info and most importantly, do you also feel the need to take any kind of actions over the alerts?

I hope I’ll hear from you soon!

    Thank you

    I agree with Oliver's comments.

Also would be nice to compare alerts before and after migration to ensure they were all moved (and without causing the alerts to fire)!!

    I agree with Oliver.

In addition, it would be nice to have a report prior to migration and then after migration to check that all the alerts were moved.

Would be nice to have a report that shows who has alerts setup on a site, site collection, and/or maybe even down to the list or library level. Search filter by person an option as well

Does Sharegate have the ability to give us a list of running workflows? Nintex workflows specifically in my case. I'm wondering if the Migration analysis report could give us a list of the workflows that are still running. From what I can see, it only gives me the number of workflows, but not how many are actually running.

Thank you for submitting that as an improvement request. The reason for this is so I don't have to track what all sites are using Infowise and then migrate sites accordingly. I want to use Sharegate for all migration tasks. Thank You.
