    Self-service group creation has been disabled on our tenant. Every group has to be requested and gets created by IT. We already ask for the categorization info when groups are requested, because we need that to create the correct type of group/site for them. We do not want to have to request the same info a second time from the owners.

    Our 'Information Protection Policy' imposes the requirement for content owners to periodically review all permissions and not just external. External sharing poses the greatest risk, but having the same functionality for internal sharing links would be a great addition.

    Hi!

    After an investigation, we have a secure plan to add the logo of your company inside the email to owners.

    We’re able to use images (squareLogo or BannerLogo) directly from the Branding set in your organization’s Azure Active Directory sign-in page.

    Before going further, I would like to know if the branding is already set in your environment and if that solution answer the need of this request (Logo only).

    In the meantime, I want to inform you that we’re going to add the Teams Chatbot communication mode for the Inactive policy. We found out that owners report less the bot as spam than email.

    Just adding the logo is far from enough. For certain users mails in English (we are a Dutch speaking company) with a text that does not 100% align with our governance, but with our logo on it, will look like phishing (and we should commend them for that).
    Not being able to customize the contents of the entire mail will slow down the introduction of Apricot. We'll have to communicate much more before we can activate the automation policies.
