The inclusion of a 'Last Accessed' column in both the File Inventory Reports and the Export Metadata file would be very beneficial.
Why?
- To support file share cleanses. The report can be filtered to show only files accessed within (or outside of) a certain time range to assist in identifying clients' business critical files. Files not accessed in a long time could be excluded from the migration.
- The current 'Modified' date will not apply to PDFs that are unlikely to be modified but may be viewed on a regular basis
