Hello everyone,
After a review of our roadmap, this suggestion is not a high priority at the moment.
With all the improvements that were done to the SharePoint PnP Modernization framework (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/transform/modernize-userinterface-site-pages) over the last year, we feel like this is a solid alternative right now to convert classic pages to modern ones so we decided to put our efforts in adding more migration capabilities (Teams migration coming soon) to our tool instead.
We’ll keep the suggestion open and will monitor the comments and feedback and will review it in the future.

When copying, for example from a file server into a SharePoint Online Library:
Saving a template to do an Incremental and untick the option to Preserve Permissions, when saving this template it re-ticks the "Preserve Permissions", meaning eachtime I use this template I have to manually untick this option.Scott

We are currently reconsidering this suggestion and are wondering if it is still a need for you, especially if you are an Office 365 user.
Let us know and we will reevaluate this eventually.

Ability to select multiple Folders in a Document Library (or even files) and mange the Share Permissions.
Eg, Selecting multiple folders, stopping inheritance, then change the share permission.

This would be great.
We need to do an item / file count of all our SharePoint Online sites, part of the discovery phase for Labeling.
